The "Essence of Idyllwild" award-winning bed and breakfast inn is located in a rambling large home in the San Jacinto mountains. Its cedar shingled exterior blends in quietly with the surrounding pines and oaks. Comfort mixes with nostalgia in the glassed-in porch where quests enjoy a full breakfast, the specially decorated bedrooms, a spacious living room with fireplace and the inviting outdoor decks and hammocks. The inn is on Strawberry Creek. Daily maid service. Rates range from $105 - $230 per night. Some rooms with TV-VCR, and wood burning fireplaces. All with private bathrooms, and queen beds. The Cottage has a king bed, two-person whilrpool tub, two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen.
